Khalid Masud holds a PhD degree in Agriculture. Extension and Master’s Degree in Educational Planning and Management and Agricultural Extension. To nurture his knowledge and upgrade his skills, he has participated in a number of professional training and expert consultation meetings within the country and abroad. He has served provincial and federal governments of Pakistan, UN organizations, and international NGOs at management/advisory positions for more than two decades.
